I just wanted to let you know that our whole experience with DAS has been a great one! We moved from Colorado to Florida at the beginning of the month.

I wanted to take just a moment to express my deepest appreciation for the awesome Customer Service you have extended over the last several weeks.

I have been beside myself with anticipation for my Porsche to arrive in Germany.

My son is stationed in Monterey, California with the Air Force. We tried to get 3 other carriers to come to West Virginia to pick up his vehicle and deliver it to him with no luck. The guy who worked at the hub that we tried to get the last carrier to deliver for us said that if you want a carrier to deliver your car, call DAS...and you did! The vehicles estimated time of delivery was August 11th. You cannot imagine how excited I was when my son called after tracking his vehicle online and told me that his car was in Idaho, well on its way to him. Sure enough on August 11th, his car did indeed arrive in California...that is service!! If we ever need to ship a car again it will be with your company!!!

As we discussed on Monday morning, Nov 18, I'm really pleased with the performance of DAS and in particular, your service. I bought a 2002 Infiniti Q45 on Ebay and originally chose to transport the vehicle with AutoMoversOnline. Before I agreed to work with them, they told me the vehicle would be picked up the next day and that I would get it in 4-7 days - all this for $875. After 7 days the vehicle was not picked up and they could not tell me when it would get picked up.

I called you on November 6 and you told me the vehicle would get picked up the next day and that I would get it in 10-14 days. Well, as your records show, DAS picked up the vehicle the next day and I received it in 9 days! I did not mind paying $950 for that kind of service. Thank you Mike - keep up the good work!

Both our vehicles arrived clean and as we had left them. The pickup and drop-off were handled professionally for both vehicles.

As a service provider, you usually only hear when things go bad. So please pass on to your team that we are happy with the service and glad to see that they treated our vehicles as if they were their own.

The car shipment went great. Professionals at both ends of the trip.

While there's no real need for me to track the progress of the car, having the ability to find out where it was, either by phone or internet, relieved my anxiety about it being shipped.

Everything was fine, thanks for the fast and reliable service.

Thank you for your email. I just received my car today and was surprised and pleased to see that not even one mile was put on my car! That was an unexpected surprise. The pickup of my car in San Francisco went smoothly and I was pleased to have received my car in Santa Barbara sooner then expected. Joe K, in NJ was great with setting up the transaction. Victor in Hayward picked up my car in SF and Michael dropped it off in Santa Barbara (Goleta). Thank you to all of them as well.

Don't really have much to offer. Your people couldn't have made it any easier. With one phone call, your man in Charlotte showed up, inspected my car for 10 minutes, loaded it up and on the date they said I'd get my car I got another call and arranged a place for drop off. There was snow on my truck and it was cold. When I got out of my vehicle Dan was brushing off the car and had already started it for me. I don't think I have been a part of anything so easy in my entire life. Thank you and have a happy holiday.

I did most all, if not all, of the dealings with your company. I usually DON'T comment on such things, but I must say that EVERYONE I dealt with was professional, responsive and informed. That being said is a great credit to your company. BUT what stood out the most with EVERYONE I spoke with, and there were at least 4 or 5, was that each and everyone seems to naturally and sincerely made me feel special. Just wanted to say thank you and that it was a PLEASURE to have your company perform the transport.

Plus we received the car 5 days ahead of schedule.

Wanted to let you know that we picked up our car yesterday from Leverocks. It was in great condition and Leverocks had washed it. Thanks so much for all your help. I would recommend you to anyone.
