DAS Strengthens Service Team with New Hire, Promotions

(DALLAS) - Dependable Auto Shippers (DAS), one of the largest auto transport companies in the U.S. since 1954, today announced the promotion of three team members as well as a new addition, to further strengthen its service team. Amanda McCrum was promoted to senior director of service delivery, and Diana Beck and Hayley Seguin were both promoted to client relations manager. In addition, DAS welcomed James R. Chapman as manager of service recovery.
"Each of these team members brings a great deal of experience and knowledge to their respective positions," said John Roehll, executive vice president of sales and marketing. "We welcome them to our growing team as we continue to lead the auto transport industry in service and volume."
As senior director of service delivery, Amanda McCrum is responsible for all corporate and retail service lines, service recovery claims, and building relationships with existing and new corporate accounts. McCrum has worked at DAS since 2004 in a variety of capacities, including director of service recovery, service recovery manager and service recovery adjuster. McCrum is licensed by the Texas Department of Insurance as a property and casualty adjuster.
An employee of DAS since 2008, Hayley Seguin has provided support for DAS through various roles and responsibilities. In her new role as client relations manager, Seguin will manage the day-to-day service of the Cartus account, a major account for DAS.
Diana Beck was also recently promoted to client relations manager. She has been with DAS since late 2010, where she excelled as a subrogation adjuster and then corporate claims adjuster, until her recent promotion to client relations manager.
In addition, DAS has hired James Chapman as manager of service recovery, where he will oversee the day-to-day work flow and ensure DAS is operating efficiently. Chapman brings more than 29 years of experience in sales, management and leadership to the team. Prior to DAS, Chapman served as business development manager of Restoration Specialists, where he was responsible for all aspects of customer service, as well as business development.
