Your service is absolutely fantastic!!!! Both the driver at pickup, and the driver and delivery represented your brand extremely well. They were both pleasant, professional, and could not have been more helpful. I especially appreciate that the delivery of the car was made to my Mom's home. My Mom is 83 years old - the driver dropping off the car could not have been nicer. My Mom is not the best of drivers, and at 83 "panics" at anything that's out of the ordinary. The driver went out of the way to position the car on the driveway in a manner that would give my Mom easy access, engaged her in a few brief minutes of dialog that "made her day"! She has done nothing but talk about "what a nice man the driver was..." for the past two days! I cannot think of a better representation of DAS' brand, and I hope that DAS management will take the time to let both drivers know how very much your customers appreciate their respective attention to every little detail! This is the second time I have used DAS. You shipped my car from PA to CA in May, and then this time from CA to VA.
