Everything went perfectly with my auto shipment. There was plenty of communication, follow up and flexibility with the planning of the move - Customer Service Rep. was just great! My car actually arrived before I did (about a week and a half early), which was also awesome. Both tow truck drivers at the pickup and delivery were professional and friendly. My overall impression was that my car was in good hands, and I had a very high confidence in the move process.

I would recommend DAS to anyone without qualification for shipping their auto.

My experience was excellent. i was a bit worried and put off that the car sat in the terminal for 5 or 6 days, but i think that has to be expected. Tracking the vehicle via GPS was very cool and i was impressed that the vehicle made it so quickly once loaded. your team on this end delivered the vehicle really quickly, washed it, were courtious and a day early. All in all a job well done. Thanks!

I was very pleased with the service and professionalism of DAS. Every part of my shipment was smooth. I was quite impressed with the tracking system and was able to view where my car was at all times. This gave me some peace of mind. I would recommend this company.

I was told by the drop off destintation that my car would be wash before it is delivered to me. When I pick up the car it was not washed and when I questioned as to why, I was informed in an effort to conserve water that service has been eliminated. The two terminals need to communicate the right information. Overall, I am very satisfied with DAS. Great Job!

The shipping of my truck was fantastic it was picked up and delivered to my house in a day. Unforunately when I went to pick up my truck and the Linden port there was a dent on the right rear side of my truck which occurred while shipping. I spoke to a DAS rep and she will be sending me the paper work and I have to take the truck to a body shop for an estimate. Understand that things happen as long as DAS makes good on it and pay for my truck to get repaired I will be totally happy and use you guys in the future.

This is about the tenth car I've shipped with you and other than it coming in a day late, was as perfect as the previous transactions. You online tracking is great

excellent service overall - the only drawback was that the car was deliveredcovered in roaddirt - it would really be a great idea to send it through a wash before delivery

Excellent service received. I got very worried when 2 days before shipping the first auto carrier I booked canceled on me. One of my friend recommended me DAS. I needed to ship my 2008 Porsche Boxster S to Dallas TX. All the process was very simple and DAS came pick up my car at my house and delivered in front of the new one in Dallas. Both drivers were very nice and very helpful. I will certainly recommend DAS to anyone who needs auto transportation.

This is the second time I used DAS. The first time I was not sure what I was doing or what you were doing. Now I know that the process is easy and that you are very reliable.

Upon picking up the vehicle they did not ask my wife to present any proof of ID.

I think if somenone could was the vehicles before pickup you could have a better rating.

The online arrival estimation wasn't updated and delivery source had to be telephoned to learn when auto was available for pickup. Outer car surfaces were covered with mud and mud tracks needed to be cleaned off inner surfaces. I realize the weather was inclement and was a contributing factor to the above.

These guys are great! Best price and perfect service - pretty rare these days.

After reading e-opinions I was worried that I made a mistake choosing DAS. My experience with DAS could not have been better! I left my own e-opinion review saying so.

We couldn't have been more pleased with your service. Thanks to John out of the Frankfort terminal. There was a problem with my brand new car starting the day it was to leave Frankfort and be delivered to WI. John was on the phone explaining the situation that morning. They put the car indoors overnight. The next morning Saturday, it would still not start. He called us again with an update. He helped us make a decision to take it to a local dealer up in our area. He talked to the dealer and explained the situation to them. And he also talked to the dealer it was purchased from in CA. It was delivered the following Tues to our local dealer. He phoned us again when he was on the road with an expected arrival time. He kept us updated thru the whole unfortunate event. What a very very special employee you have. He went out of his way to make this experience less stressful. The car is now at the dealer in our area and the CA dealer is taking responsibility to make sure we can pick it up in A-1 perfect condition. I'm not sure this would be the case had John not taken the time to talk to the CA dealer. We were never left "hanging" wondering what was happening. I would give him an A++. I would definitely recommend your company to anyone transporting a vehicle.

The negative U get is because of your Baltimore DAS terminal rep. No one called me on either my home or cell phone, though the car was in Baltimore,I believe, on 1/15/09. I called 410-366-2000 thrice , the answer was always negative, bordering on rude and impatient. Eventually Kathleen @ 800-826-1083 helped me. I salute her for her efficiency and politeness. U need more like her. I received my car on 1/20/08, but the lady at Baltimore kept insisting she called me. There is no record on any of my phone answering sytems. Why would I lie, if all I needed was my car sooner than later.

Ship with you often. car can come in four days, or as long as a month. This particular time the car took three weeks, plus. Checking with origin center told me nothing. Checking with main DAS number was wonderful in terms of calling and returning calls - yet it still took quite some time and much longer than told. Hope this helps.

I know it's "personal property" which shouldn't be in the car, but who needs to still 2 bucks in change.... Other than that, everything was great.

Both the Toyota and BMW were completely covered with a thick dust. BMW had yellow spots on hood and trunk (looked like drippings from transport truck). I paid for both vehicles to be enclosed, so very disappointed! Morning delivery agent did not offer to clean truck, afternoon agent did wash the BMW after I complained. Would like someone to explain to me how this happened.

When we dropped the car off, they wanted it clean so they could inspect it. The vehicle was very, very dirty when our son picked it up and he could not see if there were any new scratches. It would have been good had the vehicle been washed prior to him picking it up. Since the car traveled from coast to coast, it should be washed before the customer picks it up. We were very disappointed it was dirty. Other than that, we were happy with your service.

Your website makes a big deal about not being a broker and shipping things yourself, but you brokered the shipment of my vehicle. That was a little misleading. Everything went fine though.

Your service from start to finish was excellent. I was able to make all the arrangements by phone in one call. Getting the car through NYC to New Jersey was an ordeal, but was unavoidable. The estimate for arrival was January 16th and the car arrived on January 14th...can't beat that. The car arrived in good shape, except very dirty...and I know you take no responsibility for that with weather and road conditions being what they are. I don't plan to be shipping any vehicles again in the foreseeable future, but rest assured, I will utilize your service, if available, should I ever need future shipping needs. I will also pass on recommendations to others to use your service, as I was when the need to ship the present vehicle materialized. Thank you for an easy and excellent process for delivering our vehicle.

Due to some extenuating circumstances with the trailer being used, the delivery of the car occurred at 1am the morning after the car was picked up. It was not the most convenient time for me or for my neighbors, but I agreed to the pick-up in order to help the crew with the next stop that they needed to make in the Kansas City area.

It would be helpful perhaps to have more locations, especially in bigger cities such as L.A. because I had to drive about 45 minutes one way both in Ohio and here in L.A. in order to drop my car off and pick it up.

Our client considered the pick-up person to be somewhat unfriendly (whatever that may mean) but otherwise the auto shipment went very well.

The service was great however I was a bit shocked that when I dropped my vechile off the "inspector" was not available. So I was asked to initial a blank sheet of paper when I dropped the car off. In all honestly I was a bit turned off by that. I showed up during business hours and it was a really bad impression at first. I was very thankful that my car arrived with no problems. I would use your services in the future. Also when I dropped by vechile off it was really clean and when it was returned to me it was really dirty, which is understandable being that it was driven across country just a little water and tlc would have been nice.

You were a week late on the delivery time but I am very satisfied with the service you provided me.

This car was shipped to my Grandaughter in Denver Colorado who was hurting for another car. The car she was driving was a disaster! The car arrived in a very
timely manner. The only sugggestion I would have would be to have the vehicle washed at destination and include the charge in the shipping price. In our case we were delighted with your service and will highly recommend you whenever possible.

I wasn't aware that you do not cover damage that is "smaller than a credit card" until I saw the inspection sheet. I am not sure if that information was in any of the documents that I received. If it was, it should be made more prevalent or, better yet, it would be helpful if the customer service rep would have told me that when we discussed valuation coverage. My question is why do you list every little knick and scratch in the original inspection if you don't cover anything that small? That's a little confusing to me.

Need to see the car a friend took delivery, may have some surfice marks and some body marks on the bumpers. Thank you overall the process was very good, and I would recommend to a friend depending what my car looks like when i see it.
